Does sex hurt the 1st time for girls?

Yea, I'm not planning on having sex any time soon, but I'm reading all these other people's questions & it sounds like sex hurts like hell the 1st time.

True?

How long will it take before it feels good & not hurt?

For a lot it does, for some it doesnt

Reason being? Most guys arent patient or mature enough to take it slow, they just think, ram it in, which of course causes pain
